Comfortable, positive and supportive atmosphere
Trainers Conversations is such a great, laid-back community with vibrant, diverse members. As a student, joining this community was an incredible opportunity to connect with inspiring trainers from a variety of professional backgrounds. I really appreciate the open, relaxed structure of our meetings, and I like that our input is actively encouraged. For instance, it’s great that we can shape our experience by selecting the topics we’re most interested in, and then have trainers who are experts on those topics facilitate the sessions. But what I like the most is the super chill atmosphere. Since the very beginning, I’ve felt comfortable sharing my thoughts and experiences, and the communication within the group has always been so positive and supportive. Perfect balance of like-mindedness and diversity
What I appreciate most about Trainers Conversations is the diversity of trainers who come from different industries, educational backgrounds, and modes of expression. The greatest benefit for me is that it creates a group that is somewhat homogeneous in one sense, yet also highly heterogeneous. I enjoy the balance between the two because I realize that I can gain fresh insights into my own situation or the population I work with by learning from other professionals in different fields. At the same time, I can also draw ideas from people who are not directly in my industry. I am a big fan of communities as I strongly believe in the power of the network. So when Mirna invited me to join the Trainers Conversations community, I immediately recognised it as a perfect match! Rich, enjoyable, and digestible experience

Switched my perspective - a course for everyone!

Mirna steers learning in the right direction
I have followed Mirna and her work for some time before the stars aligned and I joined Train the trainer program. From attending some webinars in the previous year, I already knew I liked Mirna´s structured, informative and engaging delivery. Train the trainer program did not fall short on those, and then some. From the very beginning, we had all the necessary information, clarity over the process and what is expected of us. This meant we can enjoy the process with Mirna driving it. Each occasion entailed individual assignments that fitted the needs of the program but also our personal needs. The program is well-thought out and it also allows Mirna additional flexibility to tailor some sessions more to the needs and interests of the specific group. Besides being very knowledgeable about the topics she delivers, Mirna is also always open to learn and hear feedback. I think that is a rare quality and it definitely sets a great example for all of us who are becoming trainers. I feel I gained a lot. I felt with each assignment I am stretching myself, just enough to feel growing pains but also to be confident I can do it. More confidence through hands-on experience
This is such a carefully designed TTT! I really enjoyed learning a lot about training while also being able to try myself and experiment in an encouraging environment. The perfect balance of theory and practice, with an impressive amount of feedback on how to be even more impactful. The program contains virtual modules, but that only added to its value, as we were able to experience and work with the virtual setting. Gain confidence and walk the talk
It was a pleasure to walk the talk with Mirna during the TTT training. Although I started with not being sure if I have what it takes to become a trainer, I was able to develop my existing skills, discover my hidden talents and learn how to improve where I needed it most. Out of my comfort zone in the best way

Enroll and see what you’re missing
I started doing trainings "by accident", as people hired me for my experience and not because of my presentation skills. You can say I learned everything "on the go", but to be honest, I did not know what I was missing until I enrolled in TTT with Mirna. The trainings were very dynamic and sometimes demanding, but I was blown away by Mirna's skills as a trainer. Exceed your goals with the excellent Mirna
I learned a lot from Mirna at the Train the Trainers. Training content - a complete hit. Following the content-provided framework, Mirna skillfully included content units at the moment according to the interest of the participants. The goal was completely achieved, but also exceeded, because we got more than the planned program. Mirna simply won us over with her great knowledge and competence in terms of the content of the training, teaching skills, access to the participants, and the excellent materials she shared with us. The combination of "classic" and "online" lectures as a result of the "Covid situation" proved to be an excellent teaching method that Mirna demonstrated to us on this occasion. A course for every level of trainer
Until this training I only had knowledge of what it takes to be a facilitator and trainer. I was looking for opportunities for me to practice facilitation in a safe environment yet dynamic and challenging while being guided. And then I found out about Mirna and enrolled TTT! 😊So glad that I was part of this journey! It throws you out of your comfort zone since it’s highly personalized to fit your development goals no matter what level you are. Experience something new as a facilitator
TTT gives you a great overview of theory behind the training process and answers all the important questions - why, how, what, when and where. Also, it gives you a push inside the facilitator role and creates a new experience for you. A new version of me walked out of the course
Have you ever felt the call to become a trainer without knowing exactly why? Or did you ever want to apply to a certain education without having a clearly defined goal? I had! And If you feel the same, I just want to tell you – you're on the right path. On our first module I presented myself without having a good “why“. All I had was a feeling I need to go through this program, be part of it. In the role of teacher of Italian language, that wants to change her direction, and has different views of the job that could do in future, with some ideas and a hunch inside. That was me, that is still me. And the door opened. New insights, different knowledge or better say a different application on knowledge, adult learning, interesting information, useful content, tips & tricks. I left the old version of myself, the one that thought there was only one flow, one perspective, and one way of learning/teaching. And I accepted the new one, open minded, that respects not only new learnings but knows how to apply them, what to do with them, how to use them. Mirna guided us through online modules, and on our live weekend, sharing with us ownership, letting us learn from our own mistakes and giving us in return tangible knowledge. It wasn't always easy, it was intensive, with mixed emotions, sometimes with a gram of frustration that is pushing you forward, but that leads you where you need to arrive. Beautiful experience, perfect team, and nothing to regret about, just to be grateful for. My highest recommendation. And yeah, in the end I clearly saw my own “why”. Marieta Di Gallo
